Refund policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
You see the repair before you pay: the diagnosis and the preview are free. So you only buy credits for photos you know you want. If something still goes wrong, you get your money back as follows.
Packs you haven't used
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you get your money back in full if you haven't used any of its credits yet. Your account page shows which packs can still be refunded, and until when. Credits are used in the order you bought them, so a new pack stays untouched while you still have older credits.
Once you have downloaded a photo with a pack's credits, that pack can no longer be refunded, including the credits left in it. They stay in your account and don't expire.
A download that didn't work
If a photo you paid a credit for doesn't open, or is clearly worse than the preview you saw, write to us: tell us which photo it is and what is wrong. We look at every request ourselves, with the photo in front of us. If the download really didn't work, we give the credit back (or refund it).
Photos are deleted 7 days after upload, so write within those 7 days if you can. After that, send the damaged file again with your message, so we can check it.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account. For a pack, give the date you bought it (it is on Paddle's receipt and on your account page); for a download, the photo's file name. We answer within two working days.
Refunds are made by Paddle, our reseller and the Merchant of Record, to the card or account you paid with; it can take a few days to show up. You can also ask Paddle directly, through the link on your receipt.
Your legal rights
When you buy online, the law lets you cancel within 14 days. For digital content that right ends once you start using it with your agreement: that is why an untouched pack can be refunded and a started one can't. This policy is on top of your rights as a consumer, not instead of them.
